Care instructions
UV Exposure: Prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause some stems to fade. We recommend keeping them out of direct sunlight or using UV protective spray specifically designed for artificial flowers.
Cleaning tip: Blow dry the stems regularly on low heat – this removes dust and prevents dirt from sticking.
Styling
All of our stems can be trimmed with a pair of scissors to fit your vase. After trimming, you can seal the cut end with a glue gun for a nice, finished look.
We recommend leaving the string on the bouquet so that the flowers do not change position and remain as they were purchased. The flowers can of course be adjusted as desired using a flexible stem. If you want a looser look, you can pull the string further down the stems.
Mixes: Our mixes are not cut before they are sent. The idea is that you can put together and arrange the stems however you want. A mix shows how certain stems can be combined and gives you a favorable total price for that particular combination.
Transportation
During transport, artificial stems may be shaken, which may cause loose parts to fall off. This does not occur in all cases and does not affect the appearance or quality of the stem. Any sprinkling will stop once the loose materials are gone.
If some stems look a little flat after transport, you can easily straighten them out. Gently run your fingers through the flower to fluff it up, or bend the stem slightly using the flexible steel wire inside.
