Delivery
We offer a fixed shipping fee of only DKK 29 on all orders within Denmark. Additionally, we provide free shipping on orders over DKK 499. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days unless the item is on backorder. If the item is on backorder, you can see this under the description of the product. It will be indicated as pre-order.
We use DAO as our shipping provider, and you will always receive a tracking number so you can track your package. Please make sure to enter your information such as phone number and email correctly so you can receive information about your package. Contact customer service if you have entered incorrect information by mistake.

My item is damaged, what should I do?
Contact customer service immediately for damaged items, including pictures of the damaged package and items. We will gladly assist you with a return or replacement.

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?
Remember to check your spam folder and try searching for "Okholm Studio" in your emails. Most of the time, it will be found there. If you still can't find your order confirmation, please contact customer service so we can check if the correct email is provided.
When will I receive my items?
We ship your order within 1-2 business days. Please allow an additional 1-4 days for delivery. In most cases, you will receive your order within 1-2 days.
