Payment
Okholm Studio accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, ViaBill, Visa Electron, Anyday, ApplePay.
Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created. We do not charge card fees.
When paying with Anyday, we withdraw the first payment when the item is shipped. Then you pay a monthly installment on the last business day of the next three months. This installment depends on your order total and payment plan. If you pay all installments on time, there are no interest or fees. When purchasing with ViaBill, you will receive your items first. After that, you must pay your monthly installment on the same date each month.
If you do not pay on time, a fee will be imposed. If you regret your purchase, the agreement on payment with ViaBill will cease.

Amount Reservation
If you pay with an international credit card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We withdraw the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money is released according to an agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card with your card issuer.
Credit Card Authorization
The money will only be withdrawn from your account and appear on your statement when the webshop processes and debits payment for your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Okholm Studio uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by others.
Okholm Studio's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.
Okholm Studio ships items with the following carriers: DAO - Direkte, DAO - Pakkeshop
Shipping is calculated based on weight. Shipping prices range from DKK 29-79. There is an option for free pickup in Aarhus by appointment.
You can choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can track your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of Withdrawal
There is a 14-day right of withdrawal for goods purchased on the website. The 14-day period starts the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs are your responsibility, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport.
Requests for withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be in our possession no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be sent via email to webshop@okholmstudio.dk or by using the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the terms and conditions. The message must clearly indicate your desire to use the right of withdrawal.
You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to receive the item without also informing us.
Condition of the Item upon Return
You are liable for any depreciation of the item's value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount back depending on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, you may only receive the shipping costs back. It is up to Okholm Studio to assess the condition of the item.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item
Refund of Purchase Amount
If you withdraw your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice that you want to withdraw from the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item unless you provide documentation of having returned it.

Warranty
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with Danish consumer law. The warranty covers all defects in software, material and manufacture.
If your claim is justified, it means you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
Claims regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Okholm Studio within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. Two months is considered a reasonable time. We refund reasonable shipping costs if the claim is justified.
The warranty expires if the product is operated incorrectly or unusually.
Okholm Studio covers the return costs to a reasonable extent if the claim is justified. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to also obtain a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others; they are only registered in our customer register. You can have your information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Okholm Studio, we need the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you.
The personal information is registered with Okholm Studio and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always happens with your express consent so that you are informed of exactly which information is collected and why.
The director and employees of Okholm Studio have access to the information registered about you.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.
As a registered with Okholm Studio, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into which information is registered about you.
Complaints
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact webshop@okholmstudio.dk. If we fail to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus.
To be able to complain, the item or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and at most DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee for having the complaint processed.
