Delivery
We offer a flat shipping price of only 29 DKK for all orders within Denmark. In addition, we offer free shipping on orders over 499 DKK. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, unless the item is on pre-order. If the item is on pre-order, you can see this under the product description. It will be listed as pre-order.
We use DAO as our shipping provider and you will always receive a tracking number so you can track your package. Please make sure to enter your information, such as phone number and email, correctly so you can receive information about your package. Please contact customer service if you have entered incorrect information by mistake.

My item is damaged, what should I do?
For damaged items, please contact our customer service immediately, including photos of the damaged packaging and items. We will be happy to assist you with a return or replacement.
I have received the wrong order, what should I do?

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?
Remember to check your spam folder and try searching for "Okholm Studio" in your emails. Most of the time it will be found there. If you still cannot find your order confirmation, please contact customer service so we can check if the correct email is provided.
When will I receive my goods?
We will ship your order within 1-2 business days. Please allow an additional 1-4 days for delivery. In most cases, you will receive your order within 1-2 business days.
