For damaged items, please contact our customer service immediately, including photos of the damaged packaging and items. We will be happy to assist you with a return or replacement.

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?
Remember to check your spam folder and try searching for "Okholm Studio" in your emails. Most of the time it will be found there. If you still cannot find your order confirmation, please contact customer service so we can check if the correct email is provided.
When will I receive my goods?
We will ship your order within 1-2 business days. Please allow an additional 1-4 days for delivery. In most cases, you will receive your order within 1-2 business days.
